Requesting any advice or knowledge on how other libraries have handled the
mandated switch to IMpb labels for all "commercial" mailings, including
Library Mail.

The bulk of our mailings is Inter-Library Loan and we currently use metered
postage.

Has anyone else already made the switch (seeing as the cutoff is late
January) and have any advice of the best way to do so? I've tried reading
the presentation slides and information available through USPS, but it's
proven largely unhelpful, thus far.

Information that would be helpful is:

Do you use the online tool provided by USPS or a private vendor? Which
vendor, if the latter?
Have you seen a savings or increase through the switch?
Do you have any clear, concise steps that can be followed to make the
switch? (This is the information I found lacking through the existing
guides)
