[OPLINLIST] Learning Express Library Info

Hi all,

Stephen Hedges requested that I share some additional information here
regarding a few important distinctions between Learning Express Library and
Ohio Means Jobs:

1.  Patron accounts and history will be saved if libraries continue an
individual subscription.  Otherwise, users will have to create new accounts
after August 10, when they'll have to switch over to Ohio Means Jobs.

2.  A chart detailing what's included in a Learning Express Library
subscription vs. Ohio Means Jobs can be found here:
http://tinyurl.com/qe946pd. A subscription includes things like the
aforementioned patron accounts, MARC records, and about 20% more content.

3.  In case you are considering an individual subscription, the remainder
of the month of August is free and you can pro-rate to match up with any
other subscriptions you may have.
