[OPLINLIST] EVCS policies and costs

Do any libraries have electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS)? If so, how
do you handle costs and usage? Is it first come? Do you have standalone
stations or can a patron run an extension cord to an outlet (assuming it's
110v)? Do you have to have a library card?

Athens County has a new electric car club and we're starting to get
questions about such things from members.
