[OPLINLIST] Upcoming Summer Reading Program/Summer Library Program workshops & additional info

Good morning,

Ohio's Regional Library Systems have scheduled several SRP/SLP workshops in preparation for the 2017 summer program, which at many libraries will take the Collaborative Summer Library Program's "Build a Better World" theme. The State Library of Ohio is pleased to co-sponsor the workshops, which are supported in part by LSTA funds administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

Any Ohio public library worker is welcome to register for any SRP/SLP workshop statewide.

Unless otherwise noted, these in-person workshops focus on planning and producing summer programs for children through age 12, and much of the content relates to the CSLP theme. Get ideas for games, school visit and decoration ideas, crafts, and suggestions for preschool, toddler, and school-age programs. Enjoy networking and giveaways.
