[OPLINLIST] sprout backpacks

For those of you that lend the sprout backpacks, what do you do when pieces and parts of the backpacks are not returned? Do you have an option to replace small parts or do you charge the families for new packs? What kind of policies are out there for this type of lending? Thanks
