The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library does not charge any fines to homebound individuals for "overdue" items. It is a privilege for those on homebound status. In fact, they get extended length on their check-out periods. They do still have to pay a small fine if any items they borrowed are damaged beyond repair. As far as lost items, we usually work with the individuals on a case-by-case basis.
