Now more than ever, libraries of all types and sizes are seeking ways to cooperate and collaborate to provide quality services and resources for the diverse communities they serve. OhioNET’s new CE series, Cultivating Connections, explores topics ranging from “soft” skills like customer service and effective communication techniques to new data-driven skills that can help employees at all levels do just that. These webinars listed below are designed to help library staff to foster positive and valuable connections—with end users, with stakeholders, and with colleagues.
