[OPLINLIST] Christmas Holiday

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are holidays according to our personnel
policy.  We observe holidays which fall on a Saturday on Friday, and
holidays that fall on a Sunday on Monday.

Therefore, HCCL will be closed Friday, Dec 23 - Mon Dec 26, 2016.  ~LLW
