Presented by Dr. Miriam Matteson from KSU's School of Library and Information Science, attendees will have the chance to explore a theoretical model for small group decision-making and problem-solving, learn how to use particular communication techniques to improve the process, and recognize situations in which these techniques will be useful to improve your group outcomes.
