*NY Times Best Selling Author to Speak at KSU Tuscarawas*

New York Times bestselling author Jason Wright will be speaking in Founders
Hall at Kent State Tuscarawas on Monday, November 7 at 7:00 PM as part of
the Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition's One Book, One Community project.
One Book, One Community is a reading program built around the shared
experience of people reading and talking about the same book. Through
public and private discussions, the program promotes a sense of community
by facilitating the enjoyment of a great story. This year's selection
is *Christmas
Jars, *by Jason Wright, a novel that tells the story of rising newspaper
reporter Hope Jensen and how she uncovers the secret behind "Christmas
Jars," glass jars fill with coins and bills anonymously given to people in
need. Hope discovers much more than she bargained for when some unexpected
news sets off a chain reaction of kindness and brings about a Christmas Eve
wish come true. *Christmas Jars *is Tuscarawas County's ninth One Book, One
Community selection.

Jason Wright is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today
bestselling author. He is the author of eleven books, including *The
Wednesday Letters, The Seventeen Second Miracle, *and most recently *A
Letter to Mary. *Jason is also a popular speaker who speaks on faith, the
Christmas Jars movement, the joy of service, the lost art of letter writing
and many other topics. He has been seen on CNN, FoxNews, C-SPAN and on
local television affiliates around the country. He lives with his family in
Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
