The ALAO Instruction Interest & Assessment Groups are please to announce
that registration for their spring 2016 workshop, *The Evolution of
Information Literacy: Framework and Assessment,* is now open!

Keynote speaker* Craig Gibson*, Interim Head of the Fine
Arts Library at The Ohio State University, starts the morning with "The
Framework for Information Literacy: Moving Forward with Implementation."

Afternoon sessions will cover assessment. *Mary J. Snyder Broussard*,
Lycoming College, will present "Facilitating Formative Assessment with
Interactive Tutorials," and *Melissa Engleman*, Denison University, will
talk about "The Other LO: Limiting Outcomes (and Objectives)."

The day will end with Information Literacy Assessment Therapy, a roundtable
discussion that will answer your burning questions and share experiences
about information literacy assessment.

The workshop will be held Wednesday, April 20th from 9am - 3pm at the State
Library of Ohio. Registration is $35 for ALAO members, $45 for non-members,
