[OPLINLIST] 2017 Big Comic Show - Pickerington Public Library

Hello:  We wanted to share with the whole list the scoop about our 4th annual Big Comic Show being held on Saturday May 6th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m..

This year, we're offering more workshops, author talks, a Comic Book Buzz with Penguin Random House, gaming, cosplay, and even a Superhero Costume Contest for kids.

There will be a food truck too.

We're super excited to be part of Free Comic Book Day this year as well.  So in addition to being able to purchase books from some great comic creators, there will be free comics for those in attendance.

Our 2017 special guest is Grace Ellis, co-creator and co-writer of the popular BOOM! Title, Lumberjanes.

Our featured character for 2017 is DC Comics' Wonder Woman.  She (along with some of her friends) may be on hand throughout the day...to fight for justice and pose for the occasional photo.
