[OPLINLIST] Health Benefit Question

Hello all,


Due to recent health concerns in our county, an employee asked about the library paying for screenings or testings for different contagious diseases. Tuberculosis and Meningitis are the specifics they had mentioned.


I understand their concern, but I doubt this would be approved by our board. My wife teaches and we pay for her testing out of pocket. I assume this would be the same for any public entity.


However, out of curiosity, do any libraries out there offer to pay or to reimburse as a health benefit to their employees for these tests?
