Hi Debbie,


We circulate and we do not filter, we do have a disclaimer on the case the patron takes home with them and on the agreement they sign at the desk just to cover us.  They sign it here and we place a highlighted copy in the box they take home that states we aren't responsible for websites visited and also non of the data or sites they visit are stored on the device.

We circulate T-Mobile hotspots and there really is no way to filter the device since it resides outside of your network.
