Transforming data into action items requires meetings and decisions. Rubrics help summarize, clarify and guide discussion toward decisions and priorities.  Attendees will have the chance to discuss designing effective rubrics<https://www.ohionet.org/sites/default/files/embedded_files/DD2%20Explore%20new%20approaches_0.pdf> with Eric Johnson from Miami University as he goes through the steps of creating a good decision matrix including how to weigh and combine rubric elements, and the best ways to use the resulting values to guide decision discussions.
