We know that Technical Services is not a singular job.  There are many different roles and tasks to perform including issues surrounding intellectual freedom, diversity, adaptability and resourcefulness.  Join your colleagues for the biennial 2018 Ohio Library Council Technical Services Retreat<http://olc.org/blog/event/technical-services-retreat/>, an educational event that strikes the perfect balance between the big picture and focused, practical topics.

The Retreat's theme this year is "Wearing Different Hats," and we are excited to take a closer look at the many roles technical services staff perform behind-the-scenes.  This two-day event draws technical services specialists from libraries and related organizations who want to learn, share, and network in a relaxed and productive campus environment.  Topics range from eclectic collections to project management.
