[OPLINLIST] Out of State Fees

Good Morning,

In East Palestine, Ohio. we are right on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border.  For
years our library has charged $10.00 per household for out-of-state usage
of the library.  I'm curious if other border libraries charge out-of-state
borrowers and what amounts they are charged.  We are not considering
raising the amount - we are considering doing away with the charge and
would like to hear other opinions.  Thank you.
