The federal copyright statutes provide guidance for both in-person and online instruction situations. The good news is that copyright law places a high value on educational uses.  This session will describe our rights and responsibilities as information professionals under Section 110 of the copyright legislation - the Classroom Use Exception. Learn how to field questions related to the teaching environment and gain a clearer understanding of the authorizations available to students and instructors to perform or display works.
