[OPLINLIST] Ryan Dowd at Norweld

 April 17, Nationally recognized Ryan Dowd will be at Norweld to present "A
Librarian's Guide to Homelessness."  Ryan has written a book on the subject
available through ALA.  He will help librarians understand and deal with
any patron.  The focus of this practical training is for frontline staff to
have the tools they need to prevent/resolve problems while still remaining
an inclusive library. These are tools all librarians need, not just to deal
with the homeless.
