[OPLINLIST] Healthcare costs

Hello, all,


Healthcare costs just keep going up.  Does anyone have any tips or ideas for helping employees find the best deals? I am hearing that our plan is too expensive.   Does anyone pay employees with families a designated amount each month to help cover health costs?  Would love to hear anything that might help.
