[OPLINLIST] Reminder: 2019 Ohio Summer Library/Reading Program Evaluation

Thank you to the 65+ Ohio public libraries that have submitted their 2019 Ohio Summer Library Program evaluation survey!

If you're not among them, please complete the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/srpeval2019<http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/srpeval2019> at your earliest convenience.

Your participation helps the State Library, Regional Library Systems, other partners, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future SLPs.  It also gives us the information we need to communicate the value and impact of summer programs at Ohio libraries. Aggregate data from the survey is shared with the OLC for its advocacy work.

This evaluation survey asks you to submit these numbers:

*        Children, teens, and adults who participated in your SLP/SRP

*        Attendance at SLP-related programming for children, teens, adults, and all-ages

*        Statewide incentives distributed (State Fair, Armstrong Museum, Ohio Renaissance Festival) (if applicable)

*        Number of Summer Food Service Program sites operated/visited (if applicable)

You may also provide feedback on statewide SLP/SRP resources, and make suggestions for improved or new services.  Also, please write up any experiences that you'd like to share.  Individual stories of how SLP/SRP positively influences the lives of children, teens, or adults in your community are the most effective way to communicate the value and impact of summer library programs.

The survey should take you just a few minutes if you have your numbers ready at hand (longer if you have extensive feedback to share).
