Summer of Tours 2019: Nationwide Children's Hospital

On August 23rd, CO-ASIS&T would love it if you would join us on our tour of Nationwide Children's Hospital!

For this event, we are proudly partnered with Grant Morrow III, MD Medical Library at Nationwide Children’s Hospital with hosts Susi Miller, Library Manager, and Alison Gehred, Reference Librarian.

The Grant Morrow III, MD Medical Library<https://www.nationwidechildrens.org/for-medical-professionals/education-and-training/profesional-education/library-quick-links/medical-library> is an affiliate of The Ohio State University Libraries, and serves as the research library of Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH).

They serve the NCH Pediatric Residency Program and all other NCH Clinicians and staff. They provide instruction in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM)/Evidence-Based Practice(EBP), general medical database searching, EndNote, and more.

They house a collection of print pediatric medical texts and journals. The Grant Morrow also works closely with the librarians at The Ohio State University Health Sciences Library<https://hsl.osu.edu/> and share the cost of the electronic collections, which are available on both the OSU and the NCH campus.
