[OPLINLIST] Reminder: Survey: 2020 CSLP summer library program manual format/delivery preferences (for libraries with changes only)

Reminder: if you wish any changes to your CSLP manual delivery and haven't completed the survey below, please do so below by Friday, June 21. Otherwise, please disregard. Thank you!

The Collaborative Summer Library Program has asked the states to place their orders for 2020 CSLP "Imagine Your Story" summer library program manuals.

The State Library uses LSTA funds to purchase CSLP manuals for Ohio public libraries in these formats:
*USB flash drive (includes online access code);
*DVD (includes online access code);
*Online only.
Each library system may select one format for the LSTA-supported purchase.

Libraries will be able to purchase additional manuals in any format (including paper) from the CSLP product catalog, available this fall.

Please take a moment to complete a brief survey, ONLY IF any of these apply to you:
*Your library has a change in contact person to receive the CSLP manual;
*You want a different number of manuals than you received for 2019;
*You want a different manual format (USB, DVD, or online only) than you have received in the past;
*You want fewer or no paper CSLP product catalogs (the catalog is also available online at shopcslp.com<https://shopcslp.com/>).

If you desire no changes to your CSLP manual delivery, please disregard this survey.
