Come Tour Bexley Public Library With CO-ASIS&T!
CO-ASIS&T is very excited to bring you another year of our award-winning Summer of Tours, we can't wait to show you all the great events we have planned this year.

To help us kick things off this year, we are very proud to be partnering with the wonderful Bexley Public Libray, who will be hosting our very first tour!

Speaking of whom, they have prepared an introduction to give you all a bit of an idea on who they are and how they stand out as a great public library!

"The team at Bexley Public Library is very excited to welcome CO-ASIS&T to our library!   Founded in 1924, Bexley Public Library (BPL)'s mission is to enlighten, engage, and inspire a community of lifelong learners. We're currently ranked a 4-star library by Library Journal.
In the past decade, BPL has experienced exciting changes. We joined the Central Library Consortium, updated the building and services with public meeting rooms, local history space, computer lab, and teen space.  We started circulating unique items, including musical instruments, telescopes, birding kits, hotspots, rokus, and board games.
Our programming has grown over the last decade as well. We have aimed to provide a community space for emerging authors and artists, and to provide increased access to internationally renowned authors, such as Colson Whitehead and Elizabeth Strout with our Community Author Series. We work collaboratively with community partners to offer current events programs, such as our recent successful three part series called "Safe Conversations about Race."  We support our programming by recording certain events and interviewing program guests on The BPL podcast.
On the tour, our team will walk you through the building, specifically highlighting our unique circulating items collections, Creation Station, displays, and shelf-talker initiative, as well as answer any questions you have about our programming strategies and workflow, issues that we're currently facing, or anything else that comes to mind!
