Greetings:

Our HP LaserJet 500 is now defunct.  Attached is the specifications of the ink cartridges and the approximate number of pages remaining in the cartridges we removed.  We replaced the yellow cartridge hoping that would clear up our problem.  It did not, so we have 2 yellow cartridges that are basically new.  If you can use them, please include your cargo number when you respond.
