Hi Candy,

I have attached our meeting room policy/guidelines. I am in the process of updating this policy, but as now this is how it stands.  We do let patrons use our largest room after hours.  The main library is closed off from the meeting room by a gate.  Patrons can then exit through the front foyer and doors which are locked.  Patrons can get out, but no one can get in unless someone lets them end.  The group has to be in the room before we close.
