Many Ohio public libraries use OPLIN's free text notification service*.
Sometimes, once a message has been sent, you might get back an error. These
typically have to do with something on the patron or carrier's end. *We
provide a handy reference on our website, here

this list yet? It does happen once in a while, so please contact OPLIN
