[OPLINLIST] Procedure

I saw the ALA report *Libraries Respond to COVD-19*, and noticed 22% of
responding libraries were offering curbside pick up.

If you are offering this service, would you send me your notes or
procedures? We are in a small rural community and I'd really like to offer
this to our patrons during this time in our history.
