[cid:image003.jpg at 01D5D4FA.FFB56C50]Registration is now open<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Take5_2020> for Take 5: Bridging the Gap, Friday, May 1, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (doors open 8:30) at Columbus Metropolitan Library, 96 S. Grant Ave.

Join other teen advocates for a day of creative approaches, new ideas, collaboration, and network-building to help us help our young people bridge gaps: between middle and high school, to pathways after high school, to the long, complex, exciting and scary transition to adulthood. This year's event will feature:


  *   Speakers including Angela Lariviere from Youth M.O.V.E Ohio<https://www.facebook.com/Youth-MOVE-Ohio-237455933126212/> and Roger Wright from the Four Cities Compact<http://fourcitiescompact.org/>
  *   Panel of teen participants
  *   Small group discussion and networking
  *   The Take 5 Activity Fair
  *   Lunch provided by Freedom A La Cart<https://freedomalacart.org/>

Registration for Take 5 is only $25/person. Refreshments and lunch are included (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available).

Optional activities on Thursday, April 30, include a free ArtWalk and tour of one or two cultural attractions, visit to the Columbus Museum of Art<http://www.columbusmuseum.org/>, and a group dinner. There will be opportunities to enrich and enhance your Take 5 experience, build your network, and have fun. A special group rate of $119 plus tax is available for overnight lodgings at the Drury Inn<https://www.druryhotels.com/locations/columbus-oh/drury-inn-and-suites-columbus-convention-center> in downtown Columbus. See the registration form for details. Please note that lodging, food and other costs incurred on Thursday are not included in the $25 registration fee and are the responsibility of the attendee.
