[OPLINLIST] Virtual learning opportunity: OELMA Conference, October 11-30

You are invited to the 2020 Vision: Focus on the Future virtual conference sponsored by the Ohio Educational Library Media Association (OELMA), Ohio's professional organization for school librarians. Attendees will receive tools and resources needed to adapt and evolve in these changing times.

The OELMA conference takes place from October 11-30. OELMA is taking advantage of the online format to schedule its conference in a nontraditional way. Instead of a couple intensive days of content, OELMA is offering one live presentation every weekday at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 4:00pm over a 3-week period. Additional pre-recorded sessions will be made available at Noon each Sunday.

This means attendees do not have to choose among breakout sessions - they can attend every single conference session if they wish! It also means no rushing from session to session, and plenty of time to digest and process the content. What's more, ALL sessions will be recorded and archived for attendees for a full year.

Registration is $75 for nonmembers and $60 for OELMA members. Also, Ohio Library Council (OLC) members get the OELMA member rate!
