[OPLINLIST] PPE supplies available from the State of Ohio at no cost to local libraries

For local libraries in need of supplies of PPE to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 among library visitors and staff, the State of Ohio is offering PPE at no charge to you.  The PPE was purchased with federal CARES Act funds by the State of Ohio for the purpose of responding to the public health emergency with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).  Please complete the following online survey order form to order your PPE.  Orders will be filled by the State of Ohio while supplies last.
