[OPLINLIST] Carnegie Building Question

This is a painting, obvi, not a photo. This is the Carnegie building in Chillicothe. The steps were removed in the early seventies as part of a total ADA overhaul. Pretty successful I think, maybe worth a visit. I’m the former director and it preceded me, this project was 4 directors ago.
