Seneca Public Library, will be retiring effective the end of July, after 31
years of dedicated service to the Library. In honor of her, the Friends of
T-SPL will host an “Iced Tea Reception” on Wednesday, June 29 from 5:00
to 6:30 pm at the Library. <o:p></o:p></p>

well as special music and a program dedicated to Mrs. Culp. Please join us to
thank Mrs. Culp for her commitment to the library as well as the Tiffin
