announce the availability of Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds
for Choose to Read Ohio proposals. Under the LSTA program, any type of library
may apply for funds for a project supporting the 2011-2012 CTRO titles.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

State Library, was initiated in 2009 and has one main goal: to encourage the
reading of books together across <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Ohio</st1:State></st1:place>
communities. CTRO is a framework to spotlight <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Ohio</st1:place></st1:State> authors and promote reading across the
state. The State Library, in partnership with Ohioana Library, developed this
initiative to encourage Ohioans of all ages to share literature by authors
native to, residing in, or associated with <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Ohio</st1:place></st1:State>. Choose to Read <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Ohio</st1:place></st1:State> encourages Ohioans to Read Together,
Read Ohio, and Read for Life. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
