When your library has completed its SRP and compiled the participation/attendance statistics, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"'>Your participation helps the State Library, Regional Library Systems, cooperating state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future SRPs.
