During this webinar, participants will learn how to create a library community that welcomes and assists Spanish speakers by blending emerging technologies and social media with in-person services such as programming and reference. Instructor Loida Garcia-Febo, coordinator, New Americans Program, Queens (N.Y.) Library, will provide successful service examples from libraries in the U.S., Mexico, Colombia and other countries.
