<div>Hello,</div><div>I do not believe you can charge a patron to "borrow" books. However, we did charge a "service fee" for handling and delivery of ILL when our budget was tight. I think we charged 1.00. When our levy passed it felt great to do away with that fee as well as our .50 for checking out DVDs fee. Our ILL has grown so much that we now have a person designated as an ILL Coordinator. </div>
