The State Library of Ohio has begun the process of developing the LSTA Five-Year Plan 2013 – 2017. We are requesting input from the Ohio Library Community on programs and services for possible inclusion in the Plan. This survey requests your opinion on programs/services in the current <a href="http://library.ohio.gov/lpd/ohio-lsta-5-year-plan">LSTA Five-Year Plan</a> and on the recommendations from the <a href="http://library.ohio.gov/lpd/lsta-five-year-evaluation-summary">LSTA Five-Year Evaluation</a>.
