 workshop leader, Ann Riegle, has experienced the good, the bad and the 
really ugly when it comes to board development.  With more than 20 years
 of professional management experience, Ann has served on boards, worked
 with boards as the director of several different non-profit or 
government agencies, and gotten up close and personal during her work as
 a consultant with library boards.  Director of the New Madison Public 
Library since 2001, Ann also teaches public speaking and communication 
skills for Edison Community College and her high-energy presentations
