"The State Library Board was impressed by the wide range of ideas expressed by these proposals," said State Librarian Beverly Cain. "The libraries will use a variety of technologies to reach a broad spectrum of patrons including at-risk youth, older adults, preschoolers, and even students at a sister school in Tanzania.
