Even though we planned to clear them daily, we had rotting food, bugs and piles of 'stuff' which took lots of staff time. We finally decided that the downsides overshadowed the upsides and that the public would just have to take responsibility for their items.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>That was a large facility with a high traffic count, so there were lots of people using the lockers.
