12.0pt'>The Columbiana Public Library is seeking a personable and innovative
person to fill the full time position of Adult Services Librarian. The
librarian plans, coordinates and maintains the adult department services and
materials. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>Applicants should have a broad knowledge of the principles of library
science and their application involving reader advisory, publication, selection
of resources, skill in the development of library adult programming , good
judgment in making decisions, and the ability to communicate effectively with
staff and patrons.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

years of public library experience with some experience working with adults is
