Remember, the State Library of Ohio is the certified Technology Plan Approver for public libraries. Those libraries with existing plans expiring June 30, 2012, should have updated plans approved by July 1st. Note that Priority 2 applicants with expiring plans should have already created updated plans before filing their Form 470s for FY 2012.
