Anyone may add improvements which are freely available to
all users.<br>

Bibliomation (Connecticut’s largest library consortium) recently
funded development of 6 enhancements.<br>

During recent years many other consortium's (including COOL) have
added enhancements.<br>
COOL's may have been small, but improves Evergreen for everyone.<br>

The current stable release is version 2.3.0 as of 2012-09-19 and the
next release is in the works.<br>
COOL will soon upgrade from version 2.1.1<br>
