Ashlee’s responsibilities will include coordinating Ohio’s participation in ILEAD USA, supporting Library Leadership Ohio, and helping libraries with the development of strategic plans. She will also help Ohio libraries promote, develop, and assess their workforce development projects and form collaborative relationships with organizations and government agencies supporting workforce development and the economically impacted.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif";color:#002060'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Century Gothic","sans-serif";color:#002060'>Ashlee has been with the State Library of Ohio for the past nine years, serving as Executive Secretary to the State Librarian for the last six. She has also worked at the Ohioana Library Association and Ohio University’s Alden Library. Ashlee has a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Kent State University and was the recipient of the Mary T. Kim Scholarship award.
