YOUTH SERVICES COORDINATOR<br><br>

</b>The Portsmouth (Ohio) Public Library has an opportunity for an

experienced librarian to head our Youth Services department. <br>

 <br>

Minimum Qualifications: MLS from an ALA-accredited library education

program, plus 3-5 years public library experience with at least three

years at a supervisory level. <br>

 <br>

The successful candidate will have experience with youth services

functions, with a strong background in children’s programming, along with

a strong philosophy of customer service, the ability to retain and

motivate a talented staff, and embrace the library's values, including

innovation, trust, and staff participation.  Ohio Public Librarian

Salary: Starting range at $35,940 annually<br>
