Do you have to have a liability waiver signed or is the owner of the dog responsible for this?</span></div><div><span></span> </div><div><span>I am thinking of contacting the reading teachers for all of the city/county schools in our area to solicit kiddos to come. </span></div><div><span></span> </div><div><span>Again, I would appreciate all wisdom on
