<p class="MsoNormal">SOTA seeks breakout session proposals for its upcoming <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/sota-spring-conference-for-ohio-trainers-tickets-10913830561?ref=ecount">
two day conference</a> to be held May 1 & 2 this year at the Fawcett Center in Columbus, Ohio. A typical SOTA audience comprises mostly public sector trainers and human resources professionals, although anyone with an interest in training, presenting, communicating,
