caregivers, and other individuals and organizations that work with youth, as
well as patrons and agencies served by the Outreach Services Department. The incumbent is responsible for the
administration of all aspects of the Youth Services and Outreach Services
Departments, including planning, directing, supervising, promoting, and evaluating
all programs and services. Over 90% of time will be spent on management of
the Youth Services Department, and 10% or less on Outreach Services.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
