<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">We recently purchased two AWE Early Literacy computers and one tablet. The two new computers are ASUS all-in-one PCs running the latest AWE software. They replaced
older models running on Dell small form factor PCs, which never had any hardware issues for us as far as I know. No problems with the new units either, though they have only been installed for a few weeks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">The tablet we purchased for evaluation and runs on a Dell Venue 11 Pro. It comes with a pretty standard case, which we are considering upgrading to something

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Has anyone purchased the newer AWE Early Literacy Computers? Are they more reliable than the older models? Ours died just when the warranty ran out a couple of months ago. During
the last 2 years we have sent it back 3, maybe 4 times for repairs. I’m not 100% sold on spending the money on something that may wear out in 3 year’s time. (I realize that’s a long time when it comes to technology.) I've been talking with the REP from AWE,
but I'm still having reservations. <o:p></o:p></p>
